  • Coordinate and manage logistics operations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Oversee inventory management and stock levels.
  • Analyze supply chain processes for efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with vendors and shipping partners.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documentation.
  • Monitor transportation costs and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong written communication, analytical skills, and scheduling proficiency; adept in MS Office applications; ability to provide effective help desk support.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage logistics operations, coordinate shipments, maintain records, analyze data, and support the supply chain processes.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require occasional travel for logistics operations.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.
