  • Manage and coordinate logistics operations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and clients.
  • Analyze shipping and transportation data for efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on logistics performance metrics.
  • Resolve any issues related to logistics operations.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in logistics or a related area.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk systems, MS Office Suite, strong English communication, efficient scheduling, and excellent time management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage logistics operations, coordinate shipments, resolve inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional fieldwork; may require overtime during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem-solver, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
