Position: Logistics & Planning Support Specialist

Location: BGC | Hybrid Setup | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: 40,000 PHP (Still open for negotiation)

Main Accountabilities: Position is responsible to carry out end to end order-to-cash processes but not limited to ECom enablers Channel, including but not limited to goods flow monitoring inbound / outbound and delivery to accounts. This position will also assist demand planning in terms of forecast consolidation and consumption monitoring. He/she will also validate 3PL KPIs.

Education:

• University degree

Skills:

• Background in SAP is a must
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)

Experience:

• Preferably 2–3 years of work experience in Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, or Warehousing—ideally in the FMCG industry
• Basic to intermediate planning experience
• Experience collaborating with outsourced logistics service providers
• Experience in ECOM enabler operations is a plus
