4. Inspect vaccines packaging in cold chain storage.

5. Provide data logger and ensure that GPS was active.

6. Dispatch riders.

7. Monitor rider’s deliveries thru GPS and ensure that all were delivered on time.

8. Coordinate deliveries concern thru call or emails.

9. Verify rider’s delivery accomplishment.

10. Collect data logger, itinerary and gas receipts.

11. Collect all documents related to shipment of goods.

12. Manage bookings for cargo forwarders to other provincial destinations.

13. Advise the consignees for the shipment of goods and details.

14. Prepare gas, meal and rental reimbursement of riders.

15. Maintain and update records of cargo forwarders.

16. Maintain inventory record and account movement of all ice gels and styros.

17. Administer delivery equipment and supplies.

18. Maintain accurate records and files.

19. Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
