Join the dynamic logistics team at Alberto Shoes Corporation as a Logistics Associate. In this full-time role based in Tandang Sora, Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient storage, distribution and delivery of our high-quality shoe products to customers across the Philippines.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate the receipt, storage and dispatch of shoe inventory at our centralised warehouse facility
• Manage and monitor stock levels to maintain optimal inventory and minimise stock shortages
• Prepare and process outbound orders, arranging for the safe and timely delivery of products to our retail stores and direct-to-consumer customers
• Liaise with transportation providers and carriers to ensure on-time, cost-effective and damage-free deliveries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities and inventory movements
• Support the overall logistics team in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in a logistics, warehousing or distribution role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other logistics-related software
• A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset to identify and resolve operational issues
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
