Responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating delivery schedules to supermarkets and retail outlets. The role ensures timely, accurate, and efficient dispatch of goods while optimizing routes and maintaining proper documentation.

Responsibilities

Arrange and schedule daily deliveries to supermarkets and assigned accounts

Coordinate with warehouse staff for order picking, packing, and loading

Prepare delivery documents such as delivery receipts, invoices, and trip tickets

Assign delivery routes and drivers based on priority, location, and urgency

Monitor dispatch activities to ensure on-time delivery and proper handling of goods

Communicate with drivers and customers regarding delivery status and concerns

Ensure completeness and accuracy of dispatched items versus delivery documents

Track delivery performance and report delays, damages, or discrepancies

Maintain records of dispatch logs, delivery schedules, and trip reports

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree graduate (Logistics, Business, or related field preferred)

Experience in warehouse, logistics, or dispatching operations is an advantage

Familiarity with supermarket delivery processes

Strong organizational and time management skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Proficient in MS Excel or basic inventory/dispatch systems

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight delivery schedules
