Job Description:

• Facilitate the systematic inventory management and dispatching of warehouse goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
• Optimize the logistic and warehouse team workflow to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Effectively communicate with and warehouse team members and logistics personnel to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
• Monitor and audit the usage of company oil and fuel, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and minimizing waste.
• Conduct regular audits of warehouse logistic workflows and records to maintain accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Develop and implement schedules and plans for deliveries, pullouts, and pickups to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Perform regular inspections of company vehicles to ensure they are well-maintained and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Remain flexible and adaptable to undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree , undergraduates may apply; at least 2 years of experience are required.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
