Industrial Engineer-Associate

Job Description
- Assist in optimizing production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct time studies and analyze workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering changes and solutions.
- Participate in project management activities to ensure timely delivery of engineering projects.
- Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong project management skills and familiarity with engineering principles.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
