Job Title: Logistics Staff

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Staff to support daily logistics and shipping operations. The role involves coordinating deliveries, preparing shipping documents, and performing field work related to customs and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating shipments and delivery schedules
• Prepare and process logistics and shipping documents
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, and transport providers
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery
• Perform field work such as document processing with customs, ports, and related offices
• Maintain accurate records of logistics transactions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in BS Customs Administration or any related field
• 1 - 2 years of experience is required
• Willing to perform field work and travel when required
• Knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation is an advantage
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and coordination skills
• residing near Paranaque City only
