Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Account Associate: Logistics to assist our clients directly in their daily operations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and can adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Basic Qualification:

• Strong organizational, analytical and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Email Management Skills

What You'll Do:

• Provide daily operational support directly to clients.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and client requests.
• Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Excel.
• Communicate effectively with clients, customers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Work under pressure and adapt to changes in tasks or priorities as needed.
• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Needs a basic understanding of Seller Central, including creating new listings, designing titles and bullet points, fixing closed or suppressed listings, and creating variations.
• Knowledgeable with the basics of AS400.
• Knowledgeable with the basics of editing graphics.

Who You Are:

• Education: Senior high diploma or any vocational course is acceptable.
• Experience managing marketplace platforms and logistics account department. 
• Excellent oral and verbal communication skills.
• Amazon PPC experience is preferred but not required.
• Amenable to work onsite and in night shift schedule.
