Supply Chain Head AVP Level in Navotas upto 180k

This is for a Mid sized Conglomerate Company

Position Summary

The Head of Supply Chain is responsible for leading the company's end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics. The role ensures operational efficiency, cost optimization, reliable supply, and alignment with business objectives across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the supply chain strategy.
• Oversee procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and warehousing.
• Optimize costs, service levels, and working capital.
• Manage supplier and logistics partner relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement and supply chain performance.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of supply chain experience with leadership responsibility.
• MUST have strong experience in cold chain, cold storage, and food/FMCG supply chain operations.
• Proven experience in temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
