Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or any related course

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Willing to learn logistics, import/export, and freight forwarding processes

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)

• Good communication skills and positive work attitude

• Able to work in a team and follow instructions

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day logistics/Freight forwarding, and operational activities

• Support coordination with clients, carriers, and service providers

• Help in monitoring shipment status and basic scheduling updates

• Assist in preparing and organizing shipment documents

• Update records, files, and shipment details in the system

• Provide administrative support to the logistics and operations team

• Communicate and follow up internally as needed

• Perform other logistics-related tasks as assigned
