LOGISTIC ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities

Main Operational Responsibilities

• Real-time monitoring of vehicle movements and delivery statuses.
• Coordination with dispatch teams and brand representatives.
• Booking and scheduling of deliveries via internal systems.
• Monitor car carrier operations during night shift; ensure proper loading, routing, and documentation.

Administrative / Financial Tasks

• Encoding and updating delivery data in systems
• Preparing daily and shift-based reports.

Account Coordination

• Compile and submit Customer Care Reports for night shift operations; document incidents and feedback.
• Communicate delivery issues (e.g., delays, damages) to client; document and follow up on resolutions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, relevant experience in customer service and at least 2 years experience in logistics/ freight forwarding
• Experience : Relevant experience in customer service and at least 2 years experience in logistics/ freight forwarding
• Skills: At least 30 wpm speed. Advanced Communication Skills both written and verbal. Keen attention to details. Basic Excel and other MS Office Apps.
• Attributes : Adaptability, Commitment to Customer Service Experience, Patience with Difficult Customers/Clients, Optimism
