Job Requirements:

• bachelors degree holder

• With at least 1-2 years of experience as customer service.

• With atleast 1-2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding company.

• Amenable to work in Technopark, Binan Laguna

• Can attend face to face interview is a big advantage

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer needs and expectations are met, driving high satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

• Consistently meet or exceed customer expectations to strengthen customer trust and retention.

• Support streamlined processes that reduce errors and improve overall productivity.

• Deliver excellent customer service to distinguish the warehouse from competitors.

• Perform other tasks as assigned.
