- Coordinate and oversee logistics operations including transportation, inventory management, and shipping.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure seamless supply chain processes.
- Monitor and track shipments, addressing any issues or delays that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and quality standards.
- Assist in optimizing logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, Customer Service, Problem Solving, Account Management, Call Centre operations, Interpersonal Skills, Organizational Skills, and People Skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle logistics-related tasks efficiently
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and proactive
