Coordinate with external service providers and business partners.

Oversee shipment arrangements and validate shipping documents to identify discrepancies and ensure process compliance.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify risks, assess industry changes, and support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) initiatives.

Reconcile processed billings against Statements of Account (SOA).

Disseminate company policies and support the selection, accreditation, and registration of business partners.

Manage customer requests and concerns effectively.

Participate in discussions and provide recommendations for process improvements, projects, and new initiatives.

Must be a college graduate of any 4-year course.

Must have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related function.

Must have a good understanding of Supply Chain Management and the Trade Industry.

Must know regulatory requirements related to shipment arrangements (Local, Import, and Export).

Must be capable of coordinating and collaborating with government agencies BOC, PEZA, and other related agencies.

Experience in BOC (Bureau of Customs) and PEZA processes is not mandatory, but it will be considered an advantage.

Please prioritize candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant logistics experience, as this requirement is critical for the role.
