- Prepare and process customer invoices based on completed deliveries and trucking services.
- Review trip tickets, proof of delivery (PODs), and supporting documents for billing accuracy.
- Verify rates, fuel charges, toll fees, detention charges, and other billable expenses.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer concerns.
- Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, and Finance to ensure complete and accurate billing data.
- Maintain billing records and generate billing-related reports.
- Support collection efforts by providing billing documents and clarifications when needed
