- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls
- Managing delivery schedules
- Organizing and maintaining files, both physical and digital
- Assist in creating and sending invoices, verifying accuracy of data, and ensuring compliance with company and client agreements
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and related documentation
- Respond to client inquiries regarding invoice status and payment terms
- Assist with processing electronic transfers and payments
- Must be college graduate preferably Marketing Management
- At least 1 to 2 year's relevant working experience
- Basic Computer Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Systematic and Analytical Thinking
- Able to take initiative, work independently and perform well under pressure
- Willingness to learn, to help and to contribute positively as part of our team
