Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Logistics Driver to support our delivery and collection operations. The Logistics Driver will be responsible for safely transporting goods, documents, payments, and other company-related items between the warehouse, customers, and designated locations.

The ideal candidate must have a valid professional driver’s license, a clean driving record, good knowledge of road safety practices, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles for the delivery and collection of goods, documents, payments, and other items.
• Load, unload, arrange, and secure goods properly to prevent damage during transport.
• Deliver items to customers and designated locations based on assigned routes, schedules, and delivery instructions.
• Check and verify delivery details, including quantity, customer information, delivery receipts, and related documents.
• Collect payments, returned items, documents, or other materials from customers when required.
• Submit complete and accurate delivery receipts, collection forms, trip tickets, and other logistics documents on time.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspection before and after use, including fuel, oil, tires, brakes, lights, and other safety requirements.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good working condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Report vehicle issues, accidents, delivery delays, customer concerns, or route problems to the Operations Manager or immediate superior.
• Follow all traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company policies.
• Assist warehouse personnel in preparing, checking, organizing, and loading items for dispatch when needed.
• Perform other logistics, messenger, collection, or administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least High School graduate, Vocational graduate, or equivalent.
• Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License with the appropriate restriction code.
• With at least 1 to 2 years of experience as a delivery driver, logistics driver, company driver, or similar role.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Knowledgeable in traffic rules, road safety, and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Able to lift, carry, and move heavy items when needed.
• Familiar with delivery routes and navigation applications such as Google Maps or Waze.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and coordinate well with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays when required by operations.
