Position: Shipping Operations Supervisor

Work Location: Biñan Laguna

Work Schedule: Fixed Day shift (8am to 5pm only)

Salary Range: Php 25,000 - Php 35,000

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree holder of any course , open to undergraduate.
• With or without experience are encourage to apply.
• With experience in supervising staff for at least 1 year.
• Willing to work using emails and calls with customers.
• Amendable to work onsite.
• Amendable to attend face to face interview.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations, such as picking, packing, shipping, storage, and receiving.
• Use MS Excel to create daily and weekly warehouse reports, then send them to management.
• Make sure that fragile products (such as semiconductors and electronic components) are handled properly to avoid damage
• Regularly count cycles, look at discrepancies, and take appropriate action when needed.
• Use barcode scanners and portable terminals to keep precise inventory data
