As an Expansion Associate, you’ll help launch and stabilize new hubs, routes, and service areas by coordinating daily expansion activities, ensuring operational readiness, tracking costs, and keeping documentation accurate.

What You’ll Do:

• Support rollout of new hubs, routes, and service areas
• Ensure processes, documentation, and compliance are in place
• Track budgets and expansion costs
• Solve operational challenges to enable smooth launches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
