Job Description
- Manage and coordinate import shipments from suppliers, including documentation and clearance processes.
- Coordinate with brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies for timely release of cargo.
- Oversee inbound deliveries and outbound dispatches to customers and warehouse hubs.
- Prepare and organize shipping documents (BOE, packing list, invoice, etc.)
- Monitor and update shipment status and resolve logistics issues proactively
- Assist in warehouse receiving, inventory tracking, and dispatch planning
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields
- With 1–2 years of logistics experience, particularly in handling import shipments
- Knowledge of customs documentation, import procedures, and incoterms
- Strong coordination skills and familiarity with warehouse and delivery operations
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask under pressure
- Willing to travel or report to various locations when required
