Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics, warehousing, and dispatch operations
• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries of raw materials and finished products
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, QA, and sales departments regarding delivery schedules
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation
• Optimize truck routing, delivery scheduling, and transportation costs
• Lead and supervise logistics staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO implementation for food products
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Monitor KPIs such as delivery turnaround time, inventory accuracy, and OTIF (On-Time In-Full)
• Prepare logistics reports and operational analysis for management
• Handle third-party logistics providers and courier coordination
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, preferably in food manufacturing
• Supervisory experience is required
• Knowledge of inventory systems, warehouse management, and transportation planning
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/WMS systems
• Willing to work in Marilao
