Job Description
Responsibility:
- Manage logistics petty cash.
- Prepare and verify Delivery Receipts before loading.
- Provide transfer and delivery documents to drivers.
- Ensure completed Delivery Receipts are returned.
- Track and report staff attendance.
- Monitor Meycauayan-to-Meycauayan item transfers.
- Prepare and submit OT, attendance, and leave forms to HR.
- File key logistics documents: ROD, STR, Delivery Receipt (Green Copy), and Pettycash Report.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of any 4-year course
- Open to College Undergraduate
- With at least 6-months experience in logistics setting
- With good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer proficiency including MS office software
- Preferably residing in Meycauayan, Bulacan, or near the area
- With motorcycle or service is a plus
- Designation: Metalink Meycauayan Plant
- Starting Salary: 15,000
- Willing to be under agency
- CAN START ASAP
