• Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates on services, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
• Data Information Updates: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational data, including client details, cargo specifications, and logistical information.
• Cargo Management: Coordinate and oversee the handling, transportation, and storage of cargoes.
• Operational Support: Assist the Operations Manager in implementing operational strategies to optimize efficiency.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with people from different organizations streamline operations and resolve operational issues.

• Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree
• Has at least 1-2 years of work experience in the same capacity in the retail industry, an advantage
• Detail-oriented, organized and hardworking
• With excellent organizational and time management skills
• Can work well under pressure.
• Has the ability to explain and discuss issues with team members. With good oral and written communication skills
• Has the ability to handle sensitive information and with strong work ethics
• Willing to work in any location, Monday to Saturday
• Can speak English
• Chinese/ Filipino-Chinese
