Strategic Planning: Design comprehensive site logistics plans, including access points, internal/external traffic flow, and material storage (laydown) areas.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor site logistics managers and transport teams.

Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with procurement, project management, and subcontractors to anticipate material needs.

Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and rates with third-party transport providers, equipment rental agencies, and shipping carriers.

Cost & Budget Control: Monitor logistics operational budgets, reduce shipping waste, and optimize fleet or delivery utilization.

Compliance & Safety: Enforce health and safety regulations (HSE) and statutory transport or environmental compliance on all deliveries and sites

Motorpool Supervision: Lead and supervise the drivers and mechanics to ensure availability of appropriate vehicle supply.
