Role: LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR

Salary: 30k to 35k Basic / Total Compensation Package = Php 53,619

Location: Km. 25 National Road Barangay Guyong Sta. Maria, Bulacan

Description

1. Oversee the daily operations of the logistics and warehousing teams, ensuring the seamless flow of materials, products and deliveries

2. Develop and implement effective inventory management and control systems to optimize storage and distribution

3. Liaise with production, sales and customer service teams to align logistics activities with business needs

4. Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

5. Manage and motivate the logistics team, providing training, guidance and support to drive high performance

6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience Level: 4–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

All Plant personnel is with additional Overtime: Overall duty is 12 hours. 8 hours basic + 4 hours OT / Monday to Saturday
