DESCRIPTION

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse and logistics activities, including receiving, storage, loading, and dispatch of petroleum products and supplies.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., fire safety, hazardous materials handling, DOLE/DENR regulations).
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, conduct regular stock counts, and investigate variances.
• Oversee loading and unloading operations, ensuring proper documentation and product integrity.
• Coordinate with transportation, operations, procurement, and sales teams for timely deliveries and efficient logistics planning.
• Prepare and review shipping documents, delivery receipts, and inventory reports.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, forklift operators, and logistics personnel.
• Implement warehouse layout optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of warehouse equipment and handling systems.
• Respond to and report incidents, spills, or safety violations, and implement corrective actions.
• Support internal and external audits and inspections related to warehouse and logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, preferably in the oil, gas, or energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of petroleum handling, hazardous materials management, and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
• Leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
