Description

  • Help store with marketing of products
  • Act as the point of contact for customers, taking orders and answering queries.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and prompt delivery.
  • Maintain knowledge of Tiny Teapot Bakery Cafe's product offerings and promotions.
  • Assist with inventory control and communicate supply needs.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Support sales team with administrative tasks, handle client inquiries, process orders, and maintain client databases.
  • Working Conditions: Store based role requiring prolonged periods of standing
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, able to multitask effectively, and strong team player.
