Duties and Responsibilities

• Assess loan applications by evaluating the borrower’s financial capacity, credit history, and supporting documents.

• Conduct background investigations and verify the authenticity of client information thru phone calls.

• Prepare and review loan documents prior to approval and release.

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of client records, contracts, and supporting documents.

• Maintain organized and updated client loan files.

• Monitor loan accounts and ensure timely collection of payments.

• Follow up on due and overdue accounts through calls, messages, or field visits.

• Issue reminders, demand letters, or notices for delinquent accounts

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly loan payments.

• Identify accounts that are approaching due dates or becoming delinquent.

• Coordinate with clients to negotiate payment arrangements or settlements.

• Others may be assigned the Immediate Supervisor.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a financial or customer service role
• Skills and Competencies: Relationship Building, Compliance, Attention to Detail, Interpersonal Skills, Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
