Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential borrowers

• Explain loan products, terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and benefits clearly to clients.

• Close loan applications and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Assist clients in completing loan applications accurately.

• Collect, verify, and process required documents (IDs, income proof, collateral documents if applicable).

• Submit loan applications to the underwriting or approval team.

• Monitor client repayment schedules.

• Follow up with clients to ensure timely loan repayments, collaborating with the collection team if necessary.


Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience in sales, microfinance, or lending operations is an advantage.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of loan products, interest computations, and repayment structures.

• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of new loan applications submitted and approved.

• Total loan disbursement volume achieved vs. target.

• Timely follow-up and collection effectiveness.

• Client satisfaction and retention.
