Job Summary:

The Live Seller engages customers through live streaming platforms to showcase, promote, and sell CPEFOODS PHILS. INC. products, driving online sales and enhancing brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Live Selling: Conduct engaging live streams to showcase products, demonstrate features, and encourage purchases.
• Customer Interaction: Respond to viewers’ questions, comments, and feedback in real time to boost engagement and sales.
• Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets during live sessions and generate leads for future conversions.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of all products, promotions, and company updates to effectively present to customers.
• Content Planning: Collaborate with Marketing to plan live sessions, promotions, and scripts.
• Reporting: Track sales metrics, customer interactions, and feedback, and report results to management.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to align strategies and promotions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, vocational certificate, or college degree preferred.
• Prior experience in live selling, online sales, or social media marketing is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic, and able to engage a live audience.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook Live, TikTok, Shopee Live, etc.)
• Tech-savvy with basic video and lighting setup knowledge.

Reporting:

Reports directly to the E-Commerce / Marketing Manager and coordinates with the Marketing and Sales teams.
