- Host and conduct live-selling sessions on TikTok and other assigned platforms.
- Present and demonstrate products clearly, confidently, and enthusiastically.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, promotions, and other relevant information.
- Engage with viewers through comments, questions, and real-time interactions.
- Encourage viewers to purchase products and effectively communicate ongoing promotions and offers.
- Respond to customer inquiries during live sessions in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a lively, entertaining, and engaging presence throughout the livestream.
- Follow assigned scripts, talking points, campaign guidelines, and brand requirements.
- Coordinate with the production, operations, marketing, and account teams to ensure smooth livestream execution.
- Participate in product training, rehearsals, campaign briefings, and coaching sessions.
- Monitor and understand livestream performance, including sales, engagement, and viewer metrics.
- Help achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
- Maintain proper grooming, appearance, and professional conduct while on camera.
- Ensure the livestream area, equipment, and assigned products are properly prepared before each session.
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.
