Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure all food preparation and cooking areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and service during busy hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain the kitchen's efficiency.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage techniques.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in cooking techniques and kitchen equipment usage.
- Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with kitchen team members.
