Description
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Ensure food quality and freshness is upheld.
- Assist in menu planning and ensure mise-en-place is completed.
- Follow kitchen safety and sanitation guidelines diligently.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Culinary degree is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Asian cuisines, particularly Thai and Chinese; strong kitchen hygiene practices; excellent attention to detail.
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented with a passion for cooking.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Capable of effectively multitasking and working under pressure.
