Summary: We are looking for an experienced and reliable Cook to join our commissary team. The Cook will support the preparation, cooking, portioning, packing and proper handling of food while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation, cooking, packing, and bulk production according to the daily production schedule
• Follow standardized recipes, cooking procedures, and proper portioning
• Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, weighing, and organizing them as required
• Ensure proper handling, storage, labeling, and dating of food and ingredients
• Maintain food quality, freshness, and consistency of all prepared products
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, equipment, and kitchen areas
• Assist in packing, portioning, and organizing finished food products for distribution
• Monitor and report damaged, spoiled, expired, or insufficient ingredients and supplies
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Production Manager/Head

Qualifications:

• At least High School, Senior High School graduate or College undergraduate
• At least 5 years experience in the food industry
• Preferably with Culinary Arts, Food and Beverage Services, or related course/certification
• Experience in commissary or kitchen operations is an advantage
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety
• Able to follow recipes, instructions, and standard procedures
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Responsible, hardworking, and a good team player
• Willing to work onsite in Cainta, Rizal
