At least 3 years of experience as a cook in a heavy industry canteen or similar environment
Can handle bulk or high-volume cooking
Experience in local and international cuisine (baking is a plus!)
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
Experience in budgeting and inventory cost control
Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook meals in large quantities
• Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Assist in inventory monitoring and cost control
• Support overall kitchen and serving operations
