Job Summary:

The Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a high-end restaurant environment. The role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver a premium dining experience while maintaining the restaurant’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Present menus, explain dishes, and provide food and beverage recommendations
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and beverages according to fine dining service standards
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation before and during service
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service
• Handle billing and payment processing accurately when required
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and daily specials
• Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and service protocols
• Assist in opening and closing side duties and overall dining area maintenance

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fine dining, hotel, or upscale restaurant is preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or local language
• Professional appearance and grooming standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and table service is an advantage
