Description

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in the training of new kitchen staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience Level: 6 months-2 years in a kitchen environment.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen hygiene.
• Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions efficiently.
• Working Conditions: Must be able to work in hot and physically demanding conditions.
