- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in a kitchen setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking skills, self-starter, strong kitchen hygiene practices, familiar with stewarding duties, ability to perform heavy lifting, keen attention to details, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare food items according to recipes, maintain a clean workspace, assist in stock management, and ensure safety standards.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for long periods, and can involve high temperatures.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, adaptability, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
