Location: Café Noelle – Greenfields Square, Sindalan

Job Summary:

Café Noelle is looking for a skilled and dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team at our Greenfields Square, Sindalan branch. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to standardized recipes and ensuring consistent food quality, safety, and presentation. You will work under the supervision of the Kitchen Head or Line Cook Officer-in-Charge and contribute to maintaining an efficient, clean, and organized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food following standardized recipes and portion guidelines
• Set up and maintain assigned stations, ensuring supplies and cleanliness
• Monitor food freshness, consistency, and presentation before service
• Follow kitchen safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Assist in receiving, storing, and managing inventory and supplies
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and timely food service
• Report any food quality concerns, equipment issues, or safety hazards promptly

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety standards
• Ability to follow recipes, work efficiently, and maintain attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Working Conditions:

• Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Exposure to high temperatures, kitchen tools, and cleaning agents
