Responsibilities :

• Execute Frying Operations: Prepare, cook, and manage the frying of all menu items (like chicken and fries) using deep-fryer equipment according to Crispy King's standard recipes, portion control guidelines, and the company's "Proper Frying Procedure."

• Quality and Temperature Control: Continuously monitor and control oil and cooking temperatures and cooking times to ensure all food products are consistently served hot, crispy, and meet the high-quality standards of the brand.

• Maintain Safety and Cleanliness: Strictly adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations, including daily cleaning and filtering of the deep fryers, and ensuring the kitchen workstation is organized and free of hazards.

Job Requirements (Qualifications & Skills):

• Safety and Procedure Compliance: Willingness to undergo and strictly follow the company's training on food handling, proper frying, and kitchen safety protocols, especially concerning the operation of hot oil fryers.

• Physical Stamina and Efficiency: Ability to stand for long periods, work in a hot and fast-paced kitchen environment, handle heavy baskets of food/oil, and manage multiple cooking batches simultaneously under pressure.

• Teamwork and Communication: A cooperative attitude for effective communication with other kitchen staff (e.g., cooks, prep staff) and the store manager to coordinate timely food production and ensure smooth service flow.
