Job Description:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and quality standards
• Assist in food preparation, portioning, and plating of dishes
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station at all times
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
• Monitor stock levels and inform the kitchen supervisor of needed supplies
• Maintain consistency and quality of food served to customers

Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years' experience as Line Cook or Kitchen Staff
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations
• Can work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
• Can start ASAP
