Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Japanese dishes in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and consistency at all times
• Assist in food preparation, portioning, and kitchen setup
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen stations and equipment
• Monitor inventory and report shortages of ingredients and supplies
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Head Chef or management

Qualifications:

• 1 year experience in a Japanese Cuisine is preferred
• With knowledge or prior experience on the ff. stations: Tempura, Teishoku, Sushi, Ramen
