- Make sure the final products and ingredients are fresh.
- Adhere to recipes, weighing, measuring, and preparing ingredients.
- Present, garnish and arrange final dishes.
- Keeping the workspace tidy and safe is important while handling dishes, utensils, and other items.
- Handle and preserve food and ingredients.
- Make sure to sanitize and clean work spaces, tools, and utensils.
- Arrange workstations with the necessary supplies and tools.
- Make sure the ingredients' quality and freshness.
- Keep track the station's stock levels.
- Run kitchen appliances including fryers, broilers, ovens, and grills.
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess at least a High School or Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic cooking skills, ability to follow recipes, and food safety knowledge.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare ingredients, cook menu items, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long hours, and working in hot conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, effective communicator, punctual, and willing to learn.
