Prep and cook dishes per Little Seoul F&B Food Services standards.
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by following sanitation protocols.

Requirement

Job Title: Line Cook
Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in culinary arts or related field.
Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in mise-en-place to ensure efficient meal production.
- Strict adherence to kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail for crafting high-quality dishes.
- Customer-oriented approach to meet guest satisfaction.
- Capability to do heavy lifting and execute physical tasks associated with the role.
- Advanced cook skills with knowledge of various cooking methods and cuisine types.
- Familiarity with stewarding responsibilities to maintain a well-organized kitchen.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Preparation and cooking of menu items according to restaurant guidelines.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly cooking station.
- Collaborating with the rest of the culinary team to ensure high-quality service.
- Managing food inventory and ensuring proper storage of supplies.
