Key Responsibilities

• Dispense and compound medications for in-patient and out-patient services.
• Process and manage emergency medication purchases.
• Encode emergency purchase invoices accurately.
• Monitor and manage petty cash transactions.
• Prepare and liquidate petty cash vouchers.
• Prepare requisitions for specialized hospital areas.
• Prepare daily income reports.
• Respond to inquiries from hospital wards and stations.
• Provide medication counseling to patients.
• Upload data to the Electronic Drug Price Monitoring System (EDPMS).
• Conduct temperature monitoring in compliance with DOH requirements.
• Perform inventory management and monitor shelf assignments.
• Support Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) initiatives and monitor related medications.
• Ensure proper stock rotation using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) system.
• Monitor and report Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR).
• Perform other pharmacy-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Educational Attainment

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy

License

• Registered Pharmacist (PRC Licensed)

Experience

• Open to fresh graduates and experienced pharmacists.
