Dispensing Medications:

• Accurately fill and dispense prescriptions in accordance with regulations and medical guidelines.
• Verify dosage, ingredients, and labeling of medications.

Patient Consultation:

• Address patient inquiries and concerns regarding medications.

Clinical Services:

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to review and optimize patient medication therapy.
• Participate in medication therapy management (MTM) and provide recommendations for therapy adjustments.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate records of drug inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and compliant with regulations.
• Monitor expiration dates and manage the disposal of expired medications.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Adhere to all pharmacy laws, regulations, and hospital policies.
• Ensure proper documentation of all pharmacy activities and transactions.

• Education: Must be a graduate of BS in Pharmacy
• Licensure: With a valid and active license.
• Experience: Fresh graduates and newly licensed pharmacists are welcome to apply. Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred but not required.
