We are looking for an experienced Project Architect to join our team. You will be assigned to coordinate with stakeholders and manage the project ensuring completion on time and within high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participation and monitoring during the construction phase

2. Preparing plans, as-builts, material lists, technical specifications etc.

3. Providing estimates on cost, time, construction and other specifications

4. Ensuring compliance with building code and local regulations

5. Coordination with allied professionals

6. Progress reporting to the office

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Degree in Architecture and experience in project management (2 years preferred)

2. Experience in horizontal developments (parks, master planning), fit-outs, and finishings preferred

3. Effective communicator between the office, site, and other stakeholders

4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup (Revit is a plus)

5. Knowledge in construction details and excellent problem solving skills
