Fit-Out Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Fit-Out Supervisor to oversee and manage the fit-out works for various commercial and residential projects. The role requires managing the overall fit-out process from design to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of fit-out projects, including overseeing workers, vendors, and the project team

2. Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets

3. Coordinate with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements.

4. Oversee the procurement of materials, ensuring quality and timely delivery

5. Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work

6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

7. Address and resolve issues that may arise during the project, such as delays, design changes, or conflicts with contractors

8. Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management and clients

9. Maintain effective communication with all team members and ensure that all work is done according to project specifications
